Detailed description is Educating and making people aware of the problems associated with Bullying and offering solutions! Scott Norris saw a need for helping out with bullying due to kids sharing their closest stories and sometimes horrific problems with him.
He sought out Craig Rieman and the two ap‐ proached Bill Anstett and Darren Besse to join the foursome to form this nonprofit.
Three of the four have a common connection of the martial arts.
Their commitment is to helping students, their families and the community in regards to bullying and its effects, and their motto is to “wash away bullying one school at.
a time” through the messages they bring to youth in their motivational speeches and train‐ ings.
Their goal with this training program is give School Resource Officers some tips and advice on how they too can help.

Darren Besse retired from the Hartford Police Department after 20 years of service.
Ofc.
Besse spent 4 years on patrol and 16 years as a K‐9 Officer.
Darren assisted with running the Police Explorers Program for two years, wherein he taught classes related to law enforcement and mentored the explorers and cadets in the program.
With his K‐9 partners, Darren went into the schools in and around the City of Hartford to speak with the students and conduct K‐9 demonstrations.
He has worked with the Community Court and the at‐risk juveniles in that program speaking with them about life choices and making a difference.
Darren is trained in Crisis Intervention through CABLE, and has had success in the field on numerous occasions em‐ ploying those program techniques..

in Business Administration with a concentration on marketing in 1987.
For the past 20 years he has owned and operated Rieman Scholastic Products, LLC, a motivation and recognition company primarily works with middle and high schools as well as colleges.
