At the School of Shaolin, you will be instructed in the traditional styles of Northern Shaolin and Northern Praying Mantis, which includes Tai Chi Praying Mantis and Seven Star Praying Mantis, Chin-na (self defense), Shuai-Chiai (chinese wrestling), San Shou (Free Sparring/Lei Tai), as well as other traditional martial arts and numerous weapon sets.

We have 4 levels of classes, Beginners and Intermediate training is on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.
Kids and Advanced students train on Mondays and Wednesdays.
