Detailed description is We, 130 working-class families of Midtown Apartments are facing banishment from SF - our homes were stolen by Mercy Housing.
#savemidtown #blackhomesmatter MidTown Park Apartments Western Addition Fillmore Community - 139 units - 300 people - San Francisco's Mayor's Office of Housing and Mercy increasing rents by over 300% commencing August 1, 2015.
They are forcing tenants who have been under rent control for over 20 years during their tenancy, fixed income and working/moderate income tenants, to move out and by default out of San Francisco, due to limited affordable housing.
