Die Alte Residenz in der Altstadt der Stadt Salzburg ist die fürsterzbischöfliche Palastanlage.
Das weitläufige Gebäude liegt zwischen dem heutigen Domplatz, Residenzplatz und der heutigen Sigmund-Haffner-Gasse und ist zuerst um 1120 urkundlich nachgewiesen.
Neubauten erfolgten vor allem im 15.

Jahrhundert, vor allem unter Erzbischof Wolf Dietrich von Raitenau.
Der Trakt gegen den Alten Markt wurde unter Markus Sittikus errichtet, jener um den Haupthof wurde unter Paris Lodron fertiggestellt, unter Guidobald von Thun und Hohenstein erhöht und unter Franz Anton Graf von Harrach neu fassadiert.
