La mission est confiée à la Direction diocésaine de l’Enseignement catholique de Paris de créer un réseau national de coordination : le « Réseau Barnabé ».
Au sein du Réseau, chacun est autonome pour prendre des initiatives et réaliser ses projets.
Agir de concert en partageant ses informations assure une meilleure complémentarité sans concurrence, accroît l’expertise de chacun par la mutualisation des compétences, garantit l’adaptation des projets à la réalité locale et leur pérennité.
