I truly did not understand the benefits of living a healthy and fit lifestyle, Until one day I had had enough of feeling tired, weak and exhausted all the time.I felt like I was just going through the motions and living day in day out.
I never had time out (ME TIME) and felt as though I was walking down a path I didn't want.I wasn't in a good place and Fitness redirected my life completely.You could say it saved me, it helped me to regain my confidence and strength.It also helped me control my emotions and kept my attitude on point..

I love the benefits of living a healthy and fit lifestyle and I am passionate about empowering others to do the same.This year I have decided to start a new adventure in my life and become a qualified personal trainer.
