The Rural Cupboard Food Bank serves Conmee, Gillies, Gorham, Kaministiquia, Neebing, Nolalu, O'Connor, Oliver Paipoonge, Upsala, Jacques, and all areas surrounding the City of Thunder Bay.
We provide food and some household supplies for individuals in these areas, who are in need, with enough to last for a week.
The Food Bank is open once a month, on the third Wednesday of each month, from 11am-1pm, with registration being between 9am-11am.
If you are a new client, we kindly ask you to bring a piece of photo identification and proof of your address being in the surrounding areas of Thunder Bay..
