Son of Late Haji Mohsin Ali aka Mohsin Master who is renowned as a pioneer in fish culture scenario in the district of Khulna Bangladesh.
who is also the founder of first private fish hatchery in khulna division where his son Sheikh Mesbah Uddin learned and trained himself the art of producing fish spawn from his beloved father.
Rupali Fish Hatchery is the only hatchery in Bangladesh to win Two National Gold Medal award for producing most quality fish spawn in the year of 1996 and 2001 which was awarded by the prime minister of people republic of Bangladesh.
