Fundado em 28/06/2013 tem em sua formação inicial ex-Rotaractianos, ex-Rotarianos, Ex-Participantes da Casa da Amizade, bem como, membros da comunidade que nunca haviam participado de atividades rotárias..

Fruto de um desejo antigo de um grupo de amigos que sonhava em participar de um mesmo clube e poder juntos, dentro da família rotária, realizar efetivamente muito mais pelas comunidades onde vivem do que poderiam em clubes, cidades e até países diferentes, com o apoio do Governador Ademil Martin Andrade do Distrito 4430 – Gestão 2012/2013 e acolhimento do Rotary Club de Guarulhos Sul como seu clube padrinho surgiu a oportunidade de juntar o útil ao agradável.
