My wife and I have built & managed our environmental company for the past 22 years our company is located on a small farm with approximately ten hectares in a peri urban landscape that had a past life of sugar-cane farming.This industry has finished in our region and a transition to a peri-urban landscape is now taking place.

Our company employs approx 15 staff of varying ages between 16-60 most of who are one or two generations removed from primary food production.Most of our younger staff are really unaware of how or where our food is produced, so I thought I can grow some food on our own farmland teaching our employees how to produce food sustainably and to best practice we will set up a buyers club within our company and any excess food will be sold to the greater community.

We are currently restoring our soils by remineralizing as our coastal soils are very low in organics and essential minerals when we have achieved this we will use compost & compost teas to introduce biological activity into our soils..
This year we will introduce dairy goats to our farm and honey bees to pollinate our fruit and vegetable crops.

We are registered breeders of English Large Black pigs..
This breed is one of Australia's heritage breed of a bygone era.Our aim is to promote this wonderful breed of pig to the greater community..
