About my work...I am a 2003 graduate of East West College of the Healing Arts (Portland, OR) and have been Nationally Certified since 2010.
I work intuitively and skillfully.
Upon initial appointment with a client, I talk with them about their needs and expectations for session.
We then decide on a plan for therapy.
My intention is always to work in a way that helps people to really feel improvement in their bodies.
I enjoy including aromatherapy in sessions and try to regularly give clients suggestions on aftercare such as stretches or altering things in their daily life that may be adding to the issue at hand.

I specialize in Deep Tissue massage specifically for neck and shoulder issues as well as for hip/low back issues.
I work in a detailed and result-focused manner.
I enjoy assisting people in connecting with and raising awareness of their body and how it is connected to their mind and spirit.
Through massage therapy, I believe that we provide an instrument in which to help people to heal themselves.
I am blessed to be sharing this gift that I hold.

About me...I grew up in Duluth and began my life travels just after graduating from Proctor High School in 1999.
I lived in Birmingham, England through UMD's international program from 1999-2000.
I studied art and literature there and was a full time student of life! I spent all of my free time exploring the UK and Europe in that year.
My newly expanded mind was awakened to health and wellness and I was drawn to study Massage Therapy in Portland, OR from 2002-2003.
I most recently spent 18 months on St.
Croix, USVI where I primarily worked at One Love Massage Therapy for my dear friend, Kelley Copley.
I also worked at ART Farm, an organic and sustainable farm on the shore of the Caribbean Sea.

I am blessed and thankful to have had all of these wonderful experiences and am equally as blessed and thankful to have returned to my roots in this unique city, Duluth.
