Detailed description is Roder Meats All of our beef is raised and fed by us personally.
Any cattle we purchase spends a minimum of 5 months on our feeding program.
They are grain fed using natural sources.
No growth hormones, growth stimulants or low level antibiotics are fed..

Our cattle are slaughtered at a state inspected locker plant, with each one being individually inspected.
Carcasses are "aged" before being cut, wrapped and quick frozen.
This increases natural tenderness and flavor.
No synthetic enhancements or colorings are used.
Our cattle are 15-20 months of age at slaughter..

Our pigs are all born and raised on our farm.
