Rockpile Vineyard: Located in Northern Sonoma County, Rockpile Vineyards’ rich heritage dates back to 1872 when the vineyard site was first planted by Tennessee Bishop proving that the mountainous terrain could produce ultra-premium grapes.
In 1992, Road and Cathy Park re-introduced modern viticulture to the appellation, and today Rockpile Vineyards’ heritage continues as Ken and Diane Wilson carry on the legacy of one of the finest vineyard sites in Northern California.

Located in Northern Sonoma County, at the northwest corner of Dry Creek Valley, the Rockpile AVA encompasses nearly 15,000 acres, of which less than 160 are planted to vineyard.
This makes Rockpile one of the smallest AVAs in the United States in terms of acreage planted.
