Detailed description is My love for the Caps and always wanting to "Rock The Red" so I created my own check-in to celebrate my enthusiasm for cheering for our beloved Capitals! With my love of sports, enthusiasm to cheer on the Caps and passion to make positive differences in others, I happened to create a check-in when I attended a Caps game in 2015 when I wanted another check-in other than the Verizon Center to express my real check-in of Rocking the Red at the Verizon Center with a little cheer of Let's Go Caps! .

A little bit more about me....
My name is Lisa Reed.
I am a high energy passionate and positive fitness professional who loves sports and loves cheering or "lifting" people up.
I am the owner of Lisa Reed Fitness (LRF) an in-home personal, small group training, weight loss and nutrition company serving Washington DC, Maryland and Northern Virginia.
It is my goal to reach out to as many people as possible to inspire, teach and motivate how every little bit counts with eating well and exercising(lifting weights is #1) and I will show how by the small steps you can make today to be #REEDiculouslyFit! .

I was the former personal trainer/performance coach for tennis icon, Monica Seles, cooking and preparing nutrition and fitness that helped her excel in her sport, winning five WTA titles and ranked back in the Top 10 in the World.
I have also trained hundreds of elite and professional athletes as a strength coach at University of Florida, and was the first female strength and conditioning coach at the United States Naval Academy.

In my own athletic glory days, I was the USA Nationals Fitness Champion in 1999, and earned professional IFBB Fitness Pro status, competing at both the IFBB Fitness Olympia and Arnold Classic, once ranked 9th in the World.
I earned a gymnastics scholarship to Radford University and was an All-American on balance beam.
I received my Master of Science in Exercise Physiology from Illinois State University(ISU) on the Effects of Creatine Monohydrate on Skeletal Muscle and Exercise Performance on the ISU Football off-season strength and conditioning program..

No matter who I train, I LOVE to make people smile and shine and I thank our Caps and you all for always being happy Rocking the Red!.

Last but not least, I have a fun ROCK THE RED goal of 2017: To perform a LRF Signature Handstand on the Ice before a Caps game! :) .

(BTW, If anyone could help me get on the ice before our awesome Caps play, I would love your assistance to be able to do one! I have performed my LRF Signature Handstand at The Capitol in a snow storm, on the sideline at a Redskin game, my latest in the BWI Southwest terminal over the holiday travel :) The Caps ice is yet to be!!!.
