Detailed description is Family owned and operated restaurant Robert’s on Miami is the first fine dining establishment in Urbana since the early 1990's and was founded in 2004.
Owner and Chef Bob Arnold puts his heart and soul into every plate that passes through his kitchen, using only choice beef (or better), the freshest seafood obtainable, and other quality ingredients to create a pleasant and flavorful dining experience.
Our Chef has forty years experience in baking, broiling, roasting, sautéing, soup and sauce making, and special private parties.
Chef Bob has worked in Washington DC and was on a team that served President Reagan and Vice-President Bush in the 1980's, and has catered for governor and a senator for fundraisers.
He has been featured in magazine articles for his fabulous food, newspaper articles for his amazing edible Gingertown display, and on TV news stations and cooking shows.
