RKD (Ron-Kwon-Do) is the combination of a bad sense of humor and over 20 years of martial arts experience.
It has the influence of Go Ju Ryu Karate, Ryukyu Kempo, American Freestyle and Bushikan Jujitsu.

At their roots, all martial arts disciplines are simply specialized fighting techniques.
We believe that fighting should always be the last option when in confrontational situations.
However, protection of yourself, your family and your friends is an obligation we all have when pushed to the point that we have no other choice.

White Gi’s for everyone except Red and Black Belts.

Only Black Belts may wear black..
You must have a gi to participate..
Class Time.
No running or screaming (unless you are really hurt) .
Students only on the workout floor during class..
Parents, Please no coaching or instructing from the audience.
Talk with an instructor during a break if you see some behavior you want addressed.
Or talk to your child during a break.

Be respectful of each other at all times.
Address adults with sir, ma’am, Mr.
or Ms.; whichever is appropriate..
No gum, candy or jewelry.
