Detailed description is Riverview Restaurant & Lounge Riverview is a family friendly restaurant.
It has been under the management of Fred Stavropoulos for over 30 years.
Its decor applies to all ages.
Children are often amused by the fish tank and lobster tank.
We have two banquet rooms.
Perfect for parties and there is no rental fee.
The smaller banquet room fits up to 50 people.
It contains a stone fire place and fountain, and is often referred to as Fireside.
This room is also unique because it contains a mural, which includes the Stavropoulos children, their four dogs, Kaman which symbolizes Moosup’s past mill industry, and a Gondola which is a symbol of Riverview Restaurant.
The larger banquet room can hold up to 70 people.
It consists of a lobster tank and fish tank which can be seen from both this room and the Main dinning room.
When these rooms are not booked for parties they are often available for customers to dine in on the weekends and sometimes during the week.
The main dinning room consist of a salad bar.
On the salad bar is also the soup of the day and freshly baked bread which is made daily at Riverview.
Here at Riverview we also have a fully stocked bar.
Customers often come to the bar to relax with a cold drink and watch the game or television on one of the three TV's.
For those who like to get Togo there is also the Pizza side which has the same menu.
All dinner meals come with a small salad and a cup of soup when taking togo.
There is a large variety of both Coke and Pepsi products, and Snapple.
