This building includes: 3,000 square foot fitness/ multi-purpose room, a 756 square foot rental room that serves as space for the dance classes held twice a week as well as a birthday party room, 5 batting cages on turf with various types of pitching machines (including an ATEC arm machine, Baseball Batting Tutor top loading automated single wheeled machine, Softball Batting Tutor top loading automated single wheeled softball machine, Par-Tee Golf Simulator, 2 golf cages,1 Par-Tee Hunting Simulator, 310 ft indoor walking track, shuffleboard court, 2 bags courts.
