La sede de le Cannardizie è la storica Cantina Visocchi con attrezzi enologici d’epoca ottocentesca, un insolito ambiente museale e un ristorante.

Ricordiamo che proprio in questo Stabilimento Enologico, nato nel 1868, l’agronomo Pasquale Visocchi portò a termine un esperimento ventennale su alcune varietà di vitigni francesi, quali il Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Gamay, Semillon, Pinot, Petit Verdot e Syrah.
In queste stanze è nata la prima bottiglia della famiglia Visocchi, il Sammichele, una tipologia a base di miscela bordolese con merlot e cabernet.
