Un nuovo passo, anzi cento passi dal Ristorante Tancredi di San Daniele del Friuli, la nostra "osteria" da quattordici anni, forte per le cinque possenti colonne che sono state e sono tutt'ora la nostra forza.
E prima ancora il "Ristorante Alle Vecchie Carceri", assieme a mia sorella Rosi e Ugo suo marito, dal 1987 per tre lustri, la nostra culla comune attraversando gli anni '90, meravigliosi e ricchi di stimoli, spettatori e attori della nostra crescita umana e professionale.

con questo "Centopassi" nuovo ma tradizionale perchè, per guardare avanti com'è nelle nostre intenzioni, abbiamo bisogno della spinta del passato di chi ci ha preceduto, di chi questo locale l'ha gestito molti anni addietro con l'insegna "Da Scarpan", di chi l'ha rimesso a nuovo nel 2000 e fatto conoscere a tantissimi affezionati cliente, fino a noi con questa nuova veste per mantenere vivo il piacere di ricevere..
