PIZZE COTTE A FORNO A LEGNA ANCHE DA ASPORTO MAXI Il ristorante Al Querceto è stato aperto nel 1984 , dalla famiglia Adriano , ristoratori con precedente e medesima attività , svolta in prossimità della stessa nei locali di proprietà vicini alla sede .
L’attività commerciale storica era partita prima come locanda per viandanti per poi trasformarsi nel tempo in osteria , e trattoria in seguito .
Quindi nel 1984 per seguire l’andamento commerciale del periodo l’attività fu spostata nell’attuale sede con l’apertura del Ristorante e Pizzeria con forno a legna .
In questo periodo veniva proposta una cucina semplice e del territorio , con piatti della tradizione a base di materie prime eccellenti , con carni fresche bovine e caprine prettamente delle nostre zone , paste fresche fatte in casa e dolci artigianali .
Nel corso degli anni è stato rifinito tutto lo spazio esterno a disposizione fino a raggiungere l’attuale bellezza del nostro unico giardino costituito da grandi spazi verdi con giochi d’acqua e coreografici muri a secco , con al centro dello stesso un fantastico gazebo con tenso struttura ideale per le calde serate estive da utilizzare sia per cerimonie che momenti di convivialità .
Intanto con il trascorrere degli anni sono entrati a far parte dell’azienda dei coniugi Adriano i propri tre figli Saverio , Franco e Massimo rispettivamente con incarichi separati Saverio nell’Amministrazione , Franco per la sala e Massimo per la cucina .
Il 1997 fu una grande svolta per l’azienda del ristorante Al Querceto in quanto venne inaugurata una sala per ricevimenti e cerimonie di circa 300 coperti , salone di rara bellezza arredato in stile contemporaneo molto luminoso e incastonato all’interno del nostro magnifico giardino.
