At Rimel's Rotisserie, fresh meats, poultry, game, seafood, organic vegetables, etc.
are all of the finest quality.
Everything we create is from scratch; it's all natural and healthy and it's the way we have been doing it for over 18 years.
It all starts at our local ranch in the Palomar Mountain range where we raise cattle via our sister company Homegrown Meats.
All of this meat (including the hotdogs) is organic and certified by the American Grassfed Association and is approved by the Animal Welfare Association.
All of our all meats are hormone and antibiotic free and the animals range freely and graze solely on native grasses.
Homegrown Meats supplies our three Rimel's Rotisserie's locations and our two Zenbu Sushi Bar and Cocktails locations, as well as butcher shop in La Jolla CA.
This meat is also being sold in local Whole Foods Markets with over 22 cuts being offered currently.

At Rimel's Rotisserie we roast these meats to perfection over our locally grown Palomar Mountain ranch oak on our massive wood-fired grills and rotisseries.
In order to bring you the best seafood, we buy from local San Diego fisherman daily, catch our own local seasonal fish and get the rest from the finest sources in the US.
