Detailed description is Simple to prepare, delicious dinners delivered! My menu changes each time I cook depending on what is available in the garden or on the farm.
Some menu selections are past favorites and others are new additions (requests are always welcome).
The first three menu selections are fresh; meant to be eaten within the week.
The following three are frozen and can be prepared and eaten at your convenience.
I take all of the difficulty out of menu planning, food shopping, and preparation, leaving you with delicious meals that are easy to cook and ready to eat within one hour (directions included).
All of the food I cook is thoughtfully prepared with skill and love and attention to healthfulness.
As much as I can, I use quality product grown and raised here on our farm and cook everything from as scratch as possible: from homemade compound butters and stocks to fresh pasta and pie crust.
