The cost for these rides pays for a local, experienced mountain bike guide who ensures that the riders and bikes in the group are as safe as we can be and that the trails that are ridden have been considered to suit the skill level of the riders.
It also pays for the guide to be as first aid certified as an outdoor recreation professional can be, that a first aid kit is carried for both the bike and rider and that concession for forest access has been paid.

For Nadia her love affair with the trails began in Wellington too many years ago for her to want to admit.
She discovered Revolve, a women’s cycling club in Welly along with some of the best friendships with the best kind of friends – those who encouraged her to try new and challenging things that some of the ‘non riding’ girls considered plain crazy.
When she moved to Auckland she was super stoked to find the CrankSistas where the friendships and support for ‘the crazy’ continued to grow.
When the decision was made to move away from Auckland with Nadia’s also mountain bike mad partner Rotorua was at the top of a short list – for the trails of course! .
Once in Rotorua Nadia’s passion for sharing the buzz of the trails led her and another friend to start Revolve Rotorua.
Seeing the concept grow into a club with community support and a great following of girls has been a fantastic, inspiring experience that Nadia is humbled by.
Now Nadia’s passion to share the buzz for the forest and trails continues to grow with Riding Flow..
