Detailed description is www.restaurantebomprato.com O Restaurante Bom Prato começou a ser idealizado em 1977, naquele ano, Roberto e Erasmo Carlos lançavam Amigo, a canção que passou a ser cantada no mundo inteiro.
Naquele mesmo ano eu dava os primeiros passos na profissão de garçom.
Falando Sério, tenho orgulho de dizer que fui garçom minha grande escola de vida onde comecei desenhar o meu futuro como empresário.
Como garçom, ouvi conselhos e histórias carregadas de Emoções, conheci muita gente boa e fiz muitas amizades que mantenho até hoje.
Depois de dez anos deixei a Rotina de garçom para iniciar meu próprio negócio.
Comecei na Cachoeirinha, vendendo churrasquinho, cervejas e outras bebidas.
Agora já não era só garçom, era também o churrasqueiro, o caixa, o comprador, o administrador e às vezes, até o guardador de carro dos clientes.
Era como matar um leão por dia.
Precisava ter força e estímulo para não desistir e ficar Sentado à Beira do Caminho.
