I de gamla trähusen i kvarteret Lindormen på Svartbäcksgatan i centrala Uppsala ligger restaurang Lingons matsalar.
Sedan vi först slog upp portarna i Uppsala 2001 har våra matsalar genomgått flera ombyggnader och renoveringar, idag sträcker de sig ända ut till gaveln mot Fyrisån.
Vi har ansträngt oss för att försöka tillvarata och återskapa den rustika känslan som finns inbyggd i timmerväggarna här, huset har anor ända från sent sjuttonhundratal!.
