Rendezvous is owned and operated by Rick and Julie Bodenhamer Rick is an Eagle Scout, a former Assistant Scout Master, and had 17 years experience in the Outdoor Industry, prior to opening Rendezvous.
He began his career with REI in Phoenix, where his store earned "Store of the Year" two years in a row during his time there.
When we moved our family back home to Kansas, he went to work at Mountain High, a locally owned mountain shop in Wichita, and went on to become the General Manager for Backwoods Wichita for 10 years.
Julie grew up camping, has a background in history and archaeology, and loves to travel and explore.
Together we have a passion for the outdoors, and enjoy helping others get out and enjoy it..
