The population was 1,370 at the 2010 census.GeographyRedbank Township is in the southeastern corner of Clarion County and is bordered to the east by Jefferson County and to the south by Armstrong County and the borough of Hawthorn.
The southern county boundary is formed by Redbank Creek, a west-flowing tributary of the Allegheny River.
