Detailed description is We are a family owned and operated farm providing pasture and natural raised pork to the community at affordable prices.
We believe in keeping our pigs happy and as stress free as possible.
They are well socialized and allowed to roam large areas to forage..

Our Pig Share Program gives everyone the chance to feed their family natural raised pork!.
When piglets are born and someone wants to participate we take a deposit equal to what we would sell the piglet for as a weaner pig ($150).
The program then costs $54/month for 5 months while we raise your pig on natural pastures, barley and oats.
By the time your pig is ready for butcher you will have paid in full at a total of $420! .

To make it even more affordable you can request a half share or find a friend to go in on it! We also have other options available; our goal is to make this affordable enough for anyone to take advantage of! Please note that our fee does not include the processing fees beyond raising the pig.

We are not certified organic because of the politics involved in the certification.
Because of that we advertise as natural raised.
We do not feed our pigs anything with GMO's.
Our land could be certified as we do not use any chemicals or fertilizers.
We follow the same guidelines as organic we just do not buy into the game as then we would have to charge more for this great product! We do not use antibiotics unless it is to save a life and at that point we do not sell that pig, rather keep it for our own family.
We also use all natural wormers.
We feed our own recipe of locally sourced wheat, barley and alfalfa - all from farmers with the same standards as us! .

We guarantee a butcher pig with a live weight of 250lbs (many get quite a bit larger).
Generally speaking you would end up with about 120lbs in your freezer.

We are full service, so we will do the slaughter ($50) and the cut and wrap, but you have the option of taking it somewhere else if you prefer.
We do require that the kill be done on the farm though.
We will have our cut and wrap price list out soon.
Final cut and wrap prices depend on the cuts that one picks but a rough estimate for the cut and wrap is $100 - $200.
