In, 1998 a resident from village- Naujal (Mr.
Rajbir Singh Saini has started a school in other village -Kutubgarh 10 k.m far from Naujal, with the name Anjali Bal Siksha Niketan, after few years in 2009 one idea came into his mind to open an another school at his village- Naujal.
On july 1, 2009 he has started his new school at Naujal as Roop Chand Public School.
As he is very hard worker he continued both school, First school "Anjali Bal Shiksha Niketan, he has handoverd to Mr.
Lokesh Kumar, his a friend who has worked with him at this school.
Now Mr.
Lokesh Kumar independently running "Anjali Bal Shiksha Niketan" and Mr.
