My journey started just over 3 years ago.
Friends always gave me grief about my physique and that started to get to me, so i joined the gym.
At first it wasn't any thing special just another activity, but then slowly i started to see results and that got me excited i started to research, started seeing a nutritionist, started feeling really really good, I seemed to be a lot happier, had increased energy levels, was sick less in apposed to the past, So from then on fitness has become a part of my life.
I work full time but i always make time for exercise health and well being and i have realized that being fit and living a healthy lifestyle isn't something you do once a week or when you're feeling it.
Its something you do everyday its built into your daily routine, like second nature..
