It was initiated and established in January, 2001 under the leadership of Mr.
Vishnu Sakunia and Mr.
Kushal Pal Singh, who have rich experience of over a decade in the field of socio economic development.
RHCF is running various programmes and activities in the field of Health, Education, Livelihood Development, Women Empowerment, Income Generation Activities (IGA), Irrigation, Natural Resources Management (NRM), Water Conservation & Sanitation etc.
