Putia's multipurpose dining space is open from Wednesday - Sunday 7am - 2.30 pm for all day Breakfast/Lunch/Coffee/Cakes/Bar and Tapa.

The Sicilian aspect to A Putia refers to the heritage of Chef Dominique Rizzo as a place where her father was born, where she visited as a young child, where she was influenced through the lifestyle, cooking, ingredients and her passion for sharing the Mediterranean feel and way of eating and living.
Dominique Rizzo has also chosen Sicily to run her yearly food tours reflecting and drawing on the many cultural layers to the Sicilian cuisine, culture and history which include Spain, Africa, Arab, Greek, French, Byzantine and many more thus bringing this aspect of multiculturalism through cooking, cooking classes and cultural awareness to the place “A Putia”.
