We pride ourselves on safe and quality care for your horses.
Welcome to Pudding River Stables! Let’s chat a little bit about who and what we are all about! We love all the horses here like our own and get pretty attached.
I (the barn owner/manager) grew up dreaming about horses and when I couldn’t see them in a book, on TV or in person, I ran around on all fours pretending to be one.
There was a point that my parents actually took me to our family physician concerned slightly that I may never grow out of it ;) I did grow out of the re-enactment phase, but the passion and yearning to be with horses is still as strong now as it ever was.

The barn is a family affair around here complete with a kid swing that we often hang in the barn for summer evenings, bikes and cars parked in my office or grain room and lots of entertainment for the horses.
We’ve been known to sit in the aisle with the back slider open in the summer and drink beer or wine, watching the kids and animals as we wind down the evening.
The barn is definitely the place to be around here..

So, a little bit about what we do and who we are - We care deeply here, we like our horses to be horses.
We like them dirty, grazing, happy, loved and very well cared for.
We have a lot of FUN here, we don’t do drama, and we don’t like gossip, and we absolutely will not tolerate any abuse to animals or fellow boarders.
We are easy going, low key, and looking for a small core group of like minded horse owners to fill our barn and enjoy our amazing animals with.
We welcome all disciplines here, but we don’t take ourselves too seriously - as long as the horse and rider are enjoying themselves, that is priority #1! As stated earlier we are a family, with small children that help us run our little stable business here so we value good moral behavior around the barn.
