Detailed description is Providence Christian School believes in teaching through a Biblical Worldview lens in all that we do.
We maintain small class sizes, having no more than 22 student per grade & we offer 4 yr.old Kindergarten through the 8th grade.
Providence Christian School began operation in the fall of 1978 with eighteen students in Kindergarten through grade 5.
Almost forty years later, PCS has grown to the capacity for 200 students in Four-Year-Old Kindergarten (4K) through grade 8.
Many changes have occurred at PCS over the years, but academic excellence and teaching the truth of Jesus Christ has not..

Providence Christian School (PCS) maintains small class sizes with a target size of 22 students in Kindergarten through 8th grade.
Our 4K program offers two school days (Tuesdays and Thursdays) or three school days (Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays) per week.
PCS utilizes a variety of Christian curricula (including Bob Jones University Press and A Beka).
Conversational Spanish is incorporated in the curriculum in grades 4K through 4th grade and is offered as an elective from grades 5th through 8th.
Extra-curricular activities include Drama Club, and Spanish club Viva El Espanol.
Chapel is held weekly, with separate Chapel periods for grades 4K & K; grades 1-3; and grades 4-8..

PCS emphasizes servant leadership and provides many training opportunities for students.
Community outreach events include our annual Veterans Day program, Grandparents and Senior Pals Day, and visits to local area convalescent centers.
