Detailed description is Iniciado em 15 de janeiro de 2017, o Projeto Orquestra Jovem de Itaguaí, tem feito a diferença e segue descobrindo talentos e impactando o município..
Quando o professor Adriano Araújo iniciou este sonho, não imaginava quão importante seria o projeto, aos poucos foram chegando alunos de diversos bairros e até de municípios vizinhos para as aulas de violino..
Dentro desta diversidade temos crianças da Casa de Apoio Semeando para o Futuro, que por não terem condições de irem até a sede do Projeto, recebem a visita do professor lá na instituição..
A mesma coisa aconteceu com a Ilha da Gamboa, que por causa de dificuldades financeiras de dois alunos, lá foi o professor, e todos os sábados ele sai de Itaguaí e atravessa o mar em direção a ilha, onde já conta com 23 alunos sob sua batuta.
E assim nasceram os pólos da Orquestra Jovem de Itaguaí, que já conta com cerca de 300 alunos de violino, violoncelo, viola, canto, sax e trompete, nos seguintes locais: Itaguaí Catedral São Francisco Xavier, Casa de Apoio Semeando Para o Futuro, Ilha da Gamboa, C.M Senador Teotônio Vilella, UFRJR-CAC e Atitude Piranema..
A Orquestra movimenta a cidade culturalmente, e vai para as ruas e praças com aulas e apresentações..
Uma das façanhas realizadas foi na semana de 19 a 23 de junho, onde a Orquestra Jovem foi às escolas municipais e de sala em sala de aula tocou para mais de 5 mil estudantes..
A ORJI é um projeto a provado pela lei Rouanet e precisa de apoio, pois tem um déficit de 60 violinos alem de todos os custos de um projeto com esta envergadura..
