Progressive Landscapes is made up by a married couple, Bill and Louise..

Originally from Nova Scotia, Bill lived in British Columbia and worked as a treeplanter for five years in the late 1990's and early 2000's.
He fell in love with the lifestyle, mountains, and trees of the west coast.
In the mid-2000's, Bill returned to the east coast and studied Environmental Horticulture at the Nova Scotia Agricultural College.
During that time he built his own successful landscaping company in Truro, NS.
Although his business was successful, the draw of the west coast lured Bill back to BC..

Bill met his wife Louise in 2008 in Victoria, BC.
During the summer of 2009, they moved to Nanaimo and have made the city their home.
Louise is a full-time Registered Nurse at the local emergency department.
Since she works full-time, she helps Bill part-time with landscaping and takes care of the bookkeeping portion of Progressive Landscapes
