GATA Haydarpaşa Eğitim Hastanesinde Fizik Tedavi ve Rehabilitasyon ile Algoloji (Ağrı Tedavisi) uzmanlıklarını tamamlamıştır.
Bu süreçte ağırlıklı olarak inme-felç rehabilitasyonu, kronik ağrı (bel fıtığı- boyun-diz – omuz ağrıları), ankilozan spondilit, düşme ve denge bozuklukları tedavisi üzerine çalışmıştır.

Marmara Üniversitesi’nde Elektrodiagnostik Nöroloji uzmanlık eğitimi almış ve EMG ile Transkaniyal Manyetik Stimülasyon ( manyetik alan ile beyin uyarımı yoluyla felç tedavisi) konularında çalışmıştır.

Harvard Üniversitesi’nde manyetik alan ve doğru akım ile beyin uyarımı (transkraniyal manyetik stimülasyon-TMS ve transkraniyal doğru akımla stimülasyon-tDCS) konusunda eğitim almıştır.
Çalışmalarını inme-felç tedavisinde klasik rehabilitasyon yaklaşımlarına ilave olarak özellikle ABD’deki bilimsel gelişmeler ile uyumlu olarak manyetik alan ile beyin uyarımı ve robotik rehabilitasyon konularında yoğunlaştırmıştır..
Akademik çalışmalarında özellikle inme- felç rehabilitasyonu, düşme ve denge bozuklukları tedavisi, bel ve boyun ağrıları, ankilozan spondilit ve ağrı tedavisine yoğunlaşmıştır.
