As owner of Prewitt Custom Homes, I take pride in living and working in the Triangle for over 30 years.
I raised my family here and I continue to enjoy hands-on experience in the home building industry here.

I started my home building career in 1983 as an onsite general laborer; from there I moved to site construction manager and on to multi-site production management.
In 1997, I co-founded a custom home building company with two partners.
In just a few years, we developed our company into one of the largest and most successful custom home building companies in the Triangle.
Although being co-owner of a building business was gratifying, my greatest goal was to own and operate my own company.
My heart desired to be on the jobsite daily, managing construction and communicating directly with clients.
In pursuit of my dream, I sold my shares of the company and formed Prewitt Custom Homes in 2007.
It was the start of a dream I live daily..
