Detailed description is Present Roots is a yoga and fitness studio, located right in your back yard.
At Present Roots we strive to bring you the best and most enjoyable Yoga, Meditation, and Fitness Classes.
We are currently holding class at our Sturbridge location, 455 Main Street.
Our current class schedule is .
Monday Yin 6:30-7:30pm.
Tuesday Vinyasa Flow 6:00-7:00pm.
Yin 7:15-8:15pm.
Wednesday Open for All 9:30-10:30am.
Thursday Vinyasa Flow 9:30-10:30am.
Various Workshops and Special classes are offered as well..
We are in the process of relocating to Southbridge, which will give us a larger space, being able to provide numerous classes, such as Heated Vinyasa, Aerial and Mommy and Me Yoga, and much more.

In our Southbridge location we will also be providing retail and many more classes such as Pilates, Meditation, Nia and Kung Fu along with Personal Training, and Yoga Teacher Training courses.
