Detailed description is Positive Psychology in this instance will be a 6 week course that anybody can attend.
It will consist of one 1 and 1/2 hour class weekly which is participatory and interactive (thats generally a deal breaker for some, it was for me before I pushed myself to do the course but I promise, if I can do it, anyone can!).

The classes will consist of statistical information and discussions about happiness, they will help to inform you how to become more happy and positive in everyday life and on how to reduce or eliminate stress (depending on how much you're willing to work on yourself!) and will end each week with a well deserved relaxation session.

After undertaking this course, I have never been so positive and resilient in my entire life...
I have moved to New Zealand from Ireland, moved house 3 times whilst here, been through some really stressful situations and to top it all off..
I did a skydive in Taupo (something you previously couldn't have paid me to do!).

I'm not saying you will finish this 6 week course and want to skydive or jump off buildings but if being a happier person is something you desire but don't quite know how to go about, then I urge you to take this course, you won't regret it!.
