Detailed description is Come join this new and exciting event! Ran before the Poteet Strawberry Festival parade, you'll be in for a fun time! This year we hosted our first EVER Poteet 5K Berry Run & 1 Mile Fun walk.
Thanks to all of you who came out it was a great success! All proceeds will be going to the city of Poteet for park/city improvements.
We hope that a each year our run will grow in numbers! .
The 5k route is ran through part of the actual parade route its self & is an exact 3.1 mile race.
This years winner ran a time 18:19, and we gladly welcome all competitive runners to make this race EVEN more exciting.
Race fee's for next years run are $15 for the RUN & $12 for the WALK.
