Detailed description is Port Marianne est un des 7 quartiers de Montpellier, situé au sud-est de la ville.Port Marianne se situe à l'entrée Est de la ville de Montpellier depuis l'autoroute A9.
Son axe principal est l'avenue de la Mer-Raymond Dugrand qui traverse le quartier du nord au sud, tout comme le fleuve le Lez.Ce quartier, encore inexistant il y a 50 ans, est aujourd'hui un quartier en pleine expansion.
