Named in honor of his father, George Sr., Pop’s Seafood Shack & Grill, is the brainchild of proprietor George Voutsinas Jr., known as “Junior,” an accomplished restaurateur and entrepreneur.
Voutsinas learned all aspects of the hospitality business from “Pop” and realized the importance and need for a relaxed and friendly atmosphere for guests to enjoy.
The hallmarks of Voutsinas’ vision in creating this restaurant, bar and lounge are high-quality fresh food, a unique casual ambiance, outstanding service and great entertainment.

Pop’s Seafood Shack & Grill is designed with fun and friendship in mind combining rustic and industrial elements in a comfortable, yet stylish atmosphere.
Walls are made from old reclaimed barn wood and complemented by rustic slate flooring with a mix of industrial and reclaimed lighting fixtures.
The indoor bar offers a combination of zinc bar tops and aluminum stool seating meanwhile the dining room features iconic Navy-style chairs made with 111 recycled Coca-Cola bottles.
