We are located in Newboro, Ontario, Canada.
The Poplars Resort is a beautiful old resort originally built in the late 1920′s.
We are on the Rideau Canal system linking Ottawa, the nation’s capital with Kingston, on Lake Ontario.
Newboro Lake is the largest in a chain of seven connected lakes between Newboro and Chaffey’s Locks.
The Rideau Lakes system is one of Canada’s most popular vacation areas.
These lakes are recognized as prized Largemouth Bass, Smallmouth Bass and Pike fishing areas..
