Detailed description is Pisciculture de Truites Arc en Ciel La Pisciculture des Bardissières bénéficie d'une prise d'eau de dérivation de la rivière le Rouchat.
Les sources qui alimentent cette rivière se situent au sud de Pompadour.
L'eau de ces sources traverse la forêt, et la configuration ombragée et accidentée du bassin versant permet de recevoir une eau sursaturée en oxygène dissous (supérieure à 7 milligrammes/litre) qui reste fraîche même en été.
Ces conditions sont très favorable à l'élevage de la truite..
Nous vendons des truites portions (250 grammes) et des truites GTS (Grosses Truites Saumonées)..
Nos truites sont principalement destinées:.
-au repeuplement, activité gérée par les Associations Agréées de Pêche et de Protection du Milieu Aquatique (AAPPMA).
-à la pêche de loisir en rivière ou en étang également sous la responsabilité des AAPPMA.
-à la consommation sous forme de truites entières vendues sur les marchés de Vignols, Pompadour, Allassac et Perpezac le Noir.
-à la consommation sous forme de filets frais ou fumées sur demande..
Nous desservons les marchés de Vignols (1er et 3 ième jeudi de chaque mois), Pompadour (2 ième et 4 ième mercredi de chaque mois), Allassac(2ième et 4 ième vendredi de chaque mois) et Perpezac le Noir(1er et 3 ième mercredi de chaque mois)..
