I have been passionate about Pilates for years, having experienced first-hand its amazing benefits and how it can restore balance to the body.
In 2010 I trained to become an instructor with the Australian Pilates Method Association (I'm now a level 2 teacher), and in 2011 I gave up my career in science to focus on teaching Pilates full-time.

Mat classes:.
Mat classes are performed primarily on a mat with the use of small Pilates equipment.
Classes suit all ages and levels, and are designed to work the whole body.
I provide all the gear, you just need to enrol in a class, which run in 6 week blocks for $90.
Class times and locations are:.
Monday 5:15pm (intermediate plus); 6:15pm (intermediate) Battery Point.
Tuesday 5:30pm (intermediate).
Wednesday 5:30pm (intermediate); 6:30pm (intermediate) Mt Stuart.
Thursday 5:45pm (intermediate) Mt Stuart.

Studio classes:.
Studio classes are small group classes (2-3 people) where you will work specifically on what your body needs, under my close instruction and independent of the others in the class.
We will use the larger Pilates equipment such as reformer and cadillac to help get the most out of your sessions.
These classes suit all ages and levels, and are ideal for those with specific goals or recovering from injury.
Classes are held in Battery Point and cost $35 for a 1:2 or 1:3 1h session.
Current class times are Mondays 2pm and 3pm, Tuesday 8am, Wednesday 12pm, Thursday 12:30pm, 1:30pm, 3:15pm and 4:15pm..
