The Pictou County Rivers Association (PCRA), was formed in 1990 by a group of county residents dedicated to protecting and conserving Pictou County Rivers through organized volunteer work and education..

For more than 25 years, the PCRA has been actively involved with: fish habitat protection and restoration, public education about our valuable waterways and the aquatic life they sustain and fish species conservation through enforcement and stock enhancement programs.
We are a non-profit environmental organization.
