We are a non-profit Volunteer Fire Department that provides fire and emergency medical services for the citizens of Richmond and Homer Townships in rural Winona County, as well as U.S.
Hwy 61 along the scenic Mississippi River.

Our Department has about 25 non-paid volunteer members that respond out of two stations - Station #1 (Pickwick) and Station #2 (Homer).
Our members include EMT's, First Responders and Firefighters.
The total area covered is approximately 50 square miles.

Our current equipment includes 2 Engines, a Rescue Squad, a First Responder Squad, and a Fast Attack Brush Rig.
