Coalition was founded in October of 2012.
Key stakeholders in Piatt County, and other concerned citizens, come together once a month to discuss concerns and issues about youth substance abuse/use and other similar topics (bullying, behavior, etc.).

Over the course of the past few years, the I.M.P.A.C.T.
Coalition has held educational events, provided free resources and materials to individuals and organizations and taken part in a variety of health fairs and other community events.
Some of these activities include: participating in the Monticelebration, Kirby Health Fair, Monticello Chamber of Commerce Health Fair, hosting an Alcohol Town Hall meeting and parent education night, creating a youth services brochure, quarterly newsletter and underage drinking prevention media campaign.
